Ashley McGee & Co. Role

• Collaborate with Surfrider to develop press targets, craft the story angle, create a press release, and pitch national and regional media outlets.

• Secure pre-event media coverage, media attendance, and post event coverage including curated photography, highlights, and exclusive interviews.

• Respond to media inquiries + secure media coverage in target national and regional outlets.

• Liaison between media outlets and gala honorees/celebrities/influencers.

• Lead the photography/videography creative brief, shot list, and on-site point of contact.
